FAQs - (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: How long have you been plastic modelling?
A: About 7 years
Q: What is an 'Inbox Review'?
A: As the name suggests - it is a view of what is inside the the box.
Q: What is your favourite plastic model kit manufacturer?
A: Revell
Q: Why is your favourite plastic model kit manufacturer Revell?
A: The reason why I like Revell is because their kits have:
i) Good box-arts (I except that the same can be said for most manufacturers).
ii) Well engineered, well set-out sprues.
iii) Generally very clear instructions.
iv) In most cases, more than one paint / decal diagram.
v) In most cases hardly any flash (excluding the flash-famous Thunderbolt kit).
vi) Revell kits are also very good value for money in my opinion. Reliable German quality, for a fraction of Tamiya's prices (for example). If Tamiya's kits were retailed at the same price as Revell's, I would without doubt build a lot more Tamiya models and class Tamiya as my favourite manufacture. The only thing that I can find that's bad about Revell, is that a lot of their kits are tools that were bought from other manufacturers that went under, but in a way that's a good thing because it means that those classic kits aren't lost for ever.
Q: What's your favourite aircraft of all time?
A: The de Havilland Mosquito, simple as.
Q: What's your favourite model kit boxart?
